Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa and wellness center was a standout feature, offering a wide range of treatments including massages and facials. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax, complete with sun loungers and a snack bar. the rooftop pool provided stunning views of the skyline. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the room service breakfast was a pleasant addition. The room was tastefully decorated with exclusive advantages, including an espresso machine and in-room breakfast. Cons: the Jacuzzi in the Spa was not functioning during my stay, which was a minor setback. this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

The three-bedroom apartment at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk was absolutely incredible. The living space was so flexible and the Sofitel MyBed(TM) made it feel like a dream. The views of the city were stunning and matched the unique character of the hotel. As an adult guest, I felt so indulged in the luxury and comfort of the suite.

The 24-hour Majordome service might not be for everyone, but I personally found it a bit overwhelming.

The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I was impressed by the quality of the food, especially the pastries. Despite the crowded breakfast area, the staff managed to keep everything clean and organized.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in the 5 restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, near all the important landmarks and with great transportation options.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, near a popular mall with many Lebanese restaurants to indulge in. It is also close to the airport and offers easy access to the town center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is varied and exquisite, offering several options for every palate.

One setback would be the low water pressure in the shower, which needs improvement.

Conveniently located near landmarks and shopping mall. Accommodating and professional staff, including helpful reception and fitness facilities personnel. Clean and attractive rooms with great views. Enjoyable and satisfying stay overall. Would consider coming back.

Nothing not to like.

Had the most delightful 'Le Grand Breakfast', felt like a queen. The hotel apartments were like a home away from home, but fancier. St. Patrick's Day at The Nine Dubai was sooo Irish, loved it. Shopping therapy at WAFI Mall was a dream. The French charm and elegance were everywhere. 'Le Gouter' afternoon tea at Bijou Patisserie was like a treasure box. Complimentary valet parking was a cherry on top.

Curtains had to be closed all the time because who wants privacy anyway? And the gym.

The lobby was fine, and the room had a lovely smell. The breakfast spread was great, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel had one of the biggest pools I've seen in a city hotel, and it offered a beautiful view.

My check-in experience was not pleasant.

At my first stay, staff helped with a room problem even at night. Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk suits me perfectly. It has Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, room service, fitness studio, heated swimming pool. I'll be back for holiday.

The Residences & Apartments at this grand hotel blend timeless elegance into a unique residential experience. My three-bedroom apartment felt like a lavish mansion, with the spacious living areas and luxurious Sofitel MyBed(TM). It was a true home away from home, and I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail in the elegant decor.

Water temperature control.

The hotel's architecture and ambiance were stunning, creating a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast offered was excellent and the pool area, along with the pool bar, was very good. The design and layout of the rooms were great, providing a comfortable and clean space. The staff was warm, approachable, and provided helpful service. The location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and a safe environment. There were also nearby shopping options and a convenient supermarket.
